Subd Terms of Use
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Subd, an app operated by Jiri Urbasek in Czechia ("we"). By using Subd, you agree to these terms and should read the Subd Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms, including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a different app license applies.
What Subd does
Subd is a manual subscription tracker. It displays upcoming charges, trials, recurring costs, payment history, and reminders based on information you enter. It does not detect subscriptions from bank accounts, make payments, contact service providers, or end subscriptions on your behalf. An item marked "auto-paid" creates a record in Subd; it does not transfer money or confirm that a provider charged you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, checking provider terms and actual charges, and managing or ending each subscription with its provider. Reminders, widgets, iCloud sync, and calculations can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device settings, connectivity, or data you entered. Subd is an organizational tool, not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Free features and Subd Pro
Subd is free to use with up to 10 visible subscriptions and two income sources. Subd Pro adds unlimited subscriptions and income sources and spending charts. If Pro access ends, entries above the free display limits are hidden rather than deleted. Available features and limits may change in a future app version, subject to applicable law and purchase commitments.
Subd Pro is offered through Apple as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, currency, billing period, and any offer terms are shown in the purchase screen before you confirm. "Lifetime" means access to the purchased Pro entitlement for the supported lifetime of Subd, subject to applicable law; it is not a promise that the app or every feature will operate forever.
Billing and cancellation of Subd Pro
Apple processes purchases and charges your Apple Account. Auto-renewing plans continue until you cancel them through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel a plan in your device's Settings or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation generally leaves Pro access in place until the end of the paid period. Deleting Subd does not cancel a Subd Pro subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
You can use Restore Purchases in the app to refresh eligible entitlements. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple's refund process. Any renewal or price change is governed by the terms shown by Apple and applicable law.
Your data and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for the content you enter. Subd stores it on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud database. You are responsible for your own device and iCloud access and for retaining copies of information you need. Do not misuse the app or interfere with its operation. Third-party service names and logos shown in Subd belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Availability and liability
We may update, fix, or discontinue parts of Subd. We aim to keep it useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every reminder, or preservation of data in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for missed provider payments, late fees, or losses caused by inaccurate entries or failed reminders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, law, and contact
We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way where required. Czech law governs these terms, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. If you have a question or dispute, please contact mybilloapp@gmail.com.
